Cycling's Never Been Better! 

My name is Greg Sommers, and it is my privilege to consider myself a part of the True Light Ministries Team.  I have been serving with TLM in some capacity for the past three or so years, and I continue to be astounded when I consider the growth that has occurred.  There has been growth in numbers of missionaries, participating churches (on both sides of the border), needs expressed, needs addressed, and I thank God for each and every way this ministry has grown.   I know God has a plan and I'm honored to be able to be a part of it.

Growth, however, brings with it many opportunities, one of which is to raise funds as a means to contribute to the ongoing ministry that TLM oversees.  Therefore, a new pursuit is on the horizon that we are excited to share with you.

Now, while I've never considered myself to be a fund raiser, I do consider myself to be a cycling enthusiast.  Any chance to ride a bike, in my opinion, is a good one.  But, why not make it a great one, and at the same time benefit a growing ministry.  Therefore, I am pleased to announce to you TLM's second anual benefit bike ride . . .

TOUR  DEL  CORAZON !

That's right!  In 2008, TLM plans to go on a "tour of the heart" cycling fund raising event to raise funds for the growing ministry opportunities.   This event is scheduled for August 23, 2008.   We will be looking for riders, visionaries, sponsors, organizers, promoters, pray-ers, planners, coordinators, overseers... you name it, to pull off this event.  As we discover and unveil more about this exciting venture, won't you please explore your own heart and consider how God might be moving in you to take this tour with us.  We will be forming a special Tour del Corazon Task Force to tackle this venture, and you can be a part of it.
